HOW DO I PURCHASE TICKETS?
Buy online via Eventbrite link on our website. Create a free account or download the app to access tickets instantly. No computer? Call Jazz Legacy directly at 757.434.0297; we handle orders just like on line.
TICKET PRICING
We offer VIP, Special Reserved, and General Admission levels to suit all budgets and create an affordable experience.
Detailed pricing per event appears on the Eventbrite ticketing site once sales are live. Check our website for the direct link.
IS THERE A PHYSICAL PLACE TO GO AND PICK UP TICKETS?
No, Order online or by phone.
Hampton Roads Convention Center does not sell our tickets.
CAN YOU MAIL MY TICKETS?
Yes, if you do not have access to a printer or access to the app, you may call to request mailing.
ARE THERE ANY PACKAGES AVAILABLE ?
Typically only during EARLY BIRD which happens in November. After that, You must purchase day by day tickets to events, printable immediately via Eventbrite account or app.
CAN I PICK MY OWN SEAT?
Yes, main event seats are numbered for online selection. Choose the "Buy on Map" option. Early Bird seats get pre-assigned (printed on tickets). Exceptions: Saturday Smooth Jazz/ Day Party Cruise and After Parties, these are general seating (First come, while available).

By Phone there may be a discounted rate for purchasing all 5 days main events based on availability.
On occasion, rare deals may be announced via email or social media.

Purchasing tickets or otherwise accepting a ticket to this Event, means you accept COVID19 exposure risks in public settings. You won't hold Jazz Legacy Foundation, Hampton Roads Convention Center, or City Cruises by Hornblower liable for related illness or injury in connection with your or your guest’s attendance at the Event.
